Deleting expenses in MobiWork is a straightforward process designed to help you maintain clean and accurate financial records. This feature ensures that outdated or incorrect expenses can be easily removed, allowing you to keep your expense tracking precise and up-to-date.
Once deleted, these expenses will no longer appear in your records, helping you maintain a clear view of your financial activities. This section will walk you through the steps to delete expenses, ensuring you can efficiently manage your financial data and keep your records tidy.
Important: Once you delete an expense it will be permanently removed from the system.
To delete an expense, you will first need to be on the Expenses feature tab on MobiWork; for more information on how to access this page, please see the Expenses List section.
Once you are on this page, there are three different ways you can edit the expense:

Clicking on the expense ID to open the View Expense pop-up window:
- In the upper right-corner of the View Expense pop-up window, you will see the Individual Actions button. You can delete the expense by selecting the "Delete" option:
- Please note that there are many ways that you can access the View Expense pop-up window. Please see the View Expense page for the different ways that you can open the View Expense pop-up window.
Right-clicking on an expense to open the right-click options. (The options that are displayed when you right-click on an expense are also available when you select the Individual Actions button.)
Clicking on the Individual Actions button (the three vertical dots) from the "Actions" column. (The options that are displayed from the Individual Actions button are the same as when you right-click on an expense.)

Regardless of how you choose to delete an expense, the Confirm Delete pop-up window will automatically appear:

If you are sure you would like to delete the selected expense, click the Yes button.
