Forms List
Overview
The "Forms" list page allows you to perform actions such as "search," "view," "edit," and "delete" to your forms.
How to Access the Page
It can be found by -
Free Text Search

Free Text Search is available to do a quick search by form name.
"Show All" Search
"Show All" shows all the available enabled filled forms.
"New Search" Search
"New Search" provides a very advanced search and it can be saved so that the same search can be executed at any time by anyone.

Click "New Search" to conduct a new search.

"New Search" contains -

Name:Description:
"Form Type" is the type of form including stand alone forms and dependent forms.
"Stand Alone" is whether the form is independent of other entities or not.
"Dependent Form" is a form that is dependent of a customer, work order, or any other entity.
"Creation Date" is the date the form was created.
"Users" are the users who created the form.
"Form Name" is the name of the form.
"Category" is the custom category of the form.
"Enabled" means the form is active and will show up on the forms list by default. You can search for enabled forms, disabled forms, or all forms.
"Sort By" sorts the forms by created date, ID, and name in ascending or descending order.
"Save this Search" allows the search parameters to be saved under a name to be reused in the future.
"Search Available to all Users" allows the search to be available to all users.
"Default Saved Search" Sets the saved search as the default view when accessing the search feature in the future.

Custom searchable fields can also be shown within "New Search."
"List" Tab
The "List" tab allows you to see the filled forms that match your selected search in a table format.

The "List" tab contains -

Name:Description:
"ID" is the ID of the form.
"Name" is the name of the form.
"User" is the user who created the form.
"Created Date" is the creation date of the form.
"Geotags" are geographical locations of where the form was created.
"Actions" include view, edit, delete, and export MobiForm to PDF.
"Summary" Tab
The "Summary" tab lists the name and filled count of the form and whether it is stand alone or not.

Name:Description:
"Name" is the name of the form.
"Stand Alone" is whether the form is independent of other entities or not.
"Filled Count" is how many filled forms are associated with that form.
"Actions" include view and add form.
