Overview
Product inventory is the quantity of products in stock. The "Products Inventory" list page allows the inventory of products to be viewed, edited, exported, imported, and searched for.

Free Text Search
Free Text Search is available to do a quick search by name, SKU, product ID, model #, or external ID, which is identical to the free text search in the "Products" list page.

"Show All" shows all the inventory of products.

"New Search" Search
"New Search" provides a very advanced search and it can be saved so that the same search can be executed at any time by anyone.
Click "New Search" to conduct a new search.

| "Stock Level" | is the inventory threshold set by the administrator for a product. |

| "Search Available to all Users" | allows the search to be available to all users. |
| "Default Saved Search" | Sets the saved search as the default view when accessing the search feature in the future. |

| "Product" | is the name of the product. |
| "Total Stock" | is the total stock of the product. |
| "Low" | is the total stock inventory threshold set by the administrator for the product. This will trigger corresponding MobiRules (prompting the administrator to reorder stock). |
| "Std" | is the ideal total stock inventory for the product set by the administrator. |
| "High" | is the opposite of low. It is the total stock inventory threshold set by the administrator for this product to mark that they have too much inventory for it. |
| "Warehouse Stock" | is the amount of stock in the warehouse. |
| "Low" | is the warehouse stock inventory threshold set by the administrator for the product. This will trigger corresponding MobiRules (prompting the administrator to reorder stock). |
| "Std" | is the ideal warehouse stock inventory for the product set by the administrator. |
| "High" | is the opposite of low. It is the warehouse stock inventory threshold set by the administrator for this product to mark that they have too much inventory for it. |
| "All User Stock" | is the combination of all users who have inventory for the product. |
| "Actions" | include view and edit stock. |
