How to Access the Page

There are many different ways you can add reminders in MobiWork; reminders can be added from the Reminders "List" tab or the Customers "List" tab. Additionally, whenever you access the view pop-up window of a selected entity, you can add an associated reminder for a user. For example, you can add a reminder from the View Work Order pop-up window or the View Quote pop-up window. The following subsections will highlight how to add reminders in MobiWork.

From the Reminders' More Actions

On the Reminders "List" tab you will be able to add a reminder by clicking on the Plus Sign button:

Selected Entity's View Pop-up Window

In any selected entity's view pop-up window, you can add a reminder by clicking the Plus Sign in the "Reminders" panel.

The example below shows how to add a reminder in the View Work Order pop-up window, however, the process is the same in any of MobiWork's entity's view pop-up windows:

Once you are satisfied with the information entered, click on the Add button to save the reminder.
