MobiWork enables you to effortlessly modify and update existing reminders, ensuring they remain relevant and accurate. When editing a reminder, you can adjust key details such as the priority level, the user being reminded, the description, and more.
Furthermore, when you access the Edit Reminder pop-up window, you can view the details of a specific reminder, making it easy to review and refine your notifications as needed.
Whether you are managing multiple reminders or just one, MobiWork makes the process simple and efficient.
There are many different ways you can edit reminders in MobiWork; reminders can be edited from the Reminders "List" tab or the Customers "List" tab. Additionally, whenever you access the view pop-up window of a selected entity, you can edit the associated reminder for a user. For example, you can edit a reminder from the View Work Order pop-up window or the View Quote pop-up window. The following subsections will highlight how to edit reminders in MobiWork.
From the Reminders' More Actions
On the Reminders "List" tab you will be able to edit either a single reminder or multiple reminders at once:

You can edit reminders on this tab through the following methods:
By right-clicking on the reminder and selecting the "Edit Reminder" option from the drop-down.
You can select the More Actions button from the "Global Actions." Please note that this option will give you the ability to edit multiple reminders at once.
By clicking on the Individual Actions button and selecting the "Edit Reminder" option from the drop-down.
Or by clicking on the Pencil icon.
Customer List Page
While on the Customers "List" tab you will be able to edit a reminder on the selected customer profile through the following methods:

By right-clicking on the customer and selecting the "Edit Reminder" option from the drop-down.
You can select the More Actions button from the "Global Actions." Please note that this option will give you the ability to edit multiple reminders at once.
Or by clicking on the Individual Actions button and selecting the "Edit Reminder" option from the drop-down.
You can also edit a reminder through the View Customer pop-up window. For more information on editing a reminder through the entity's view pop-up window, please see the subsequent subsection.
Selected Entity's View Pop-up Window
In any selected entity's view pop-up window, you can edit a reminder by clicking the Pencil icon in the "Reminders" panel.
The example below shows how to edit a reminder in the View Work Order pop-up window, however, the process is the same in any of MobiWork's entity's view pop-up windows:

In this pop-up window, you can specify the following data:
The date and time when the reminder is set to occur.
The user or users that the reminder is intended for. You can set up Groups to send batch reminders to multiple users at once.
The reminder category.
The priority level of the reminder (i.e., high, medium, low).
And the description of the reminder.
Once you are satisfied with the information entered, click on the Save button to save the reminder.
Note: Please note that you can access the Edit Reminder pop-up window to view the reminder information.
Further definitions for all the terms in the Edit Reminder pop-up window can be found below:

| "Date" | The date and time that the reminder is set to occur. Once the reminder date has passed, the overdue icon will be displayed. Any associated MobiRules will be triggered, automatically sending an email notification to the user assigned to the reminder. |
| "Users" | The user or users that the reminder is intended for. |
| "Category" | The classification assigned to the reminder, used to organize and group similar types of reminders for easy management. |
| "Priority" | The urgency level assigned to a reminder (e.g., high, medium, low), indicating its importance and helping prioritize tasks or actions. |
| "Enable MobiRules" | Allows you to choose whether to enable MobiRules with the reminder. Please Contact Us for additional information regarding MobiRules. |
| "Description" | A detailed explanation or summary of the reminder, providing key information and context about the task or event. |
You can also edit multiple reminders at once. You can either edit multiple reminders from the Customers "List" tab or from the Reminders "List" tab.
If you are on the Reminders "List" tab, select the reminders you want to edit. Or if you are on the Customers "List" tab, select the customers with the associated reminders you wish to edit.
Once you have selected the reminders or customers associated with the reminders, click on the More Actions button and from the drop-down select the "Edit Selected Reminders" option:

Note: Both the Reminders "List" tab and Customers "List" tab will have the "Edit Selected Reminders" option from the More Actions drop-down.
The Edit Multiple Reminders pop-up will then appear; in this pop-up window you will be able to modify the following data:
The date and time when the reminder is set to occur.
The user or users that the reminder is intended for. You can set up Groups to send batch reminders to multiple users at once.
The priority level of the reminder (i.e., high, medium, low).
And the description of the reminder.
Once you are satisfied with the information entered, click on the Save button to update the reminders.
