If you need to update the name, location, or contact information of your branch you can easily do so with the edit action.
Editing a branch ensures that your organization maintains accurate and up-to-date branch information across the system. This section will explore how to edit a branch in MobiWork.
You will be able to access the edit actions for the branch, when right-clicking on the selected branch or by clicking on the Individual Actions button. You can also use the Pencil icon to edit the selected branch:

From the drop-down select the "Edit" option to update the branch details.
Once you select the "Edit" option from either the right-click or Individual Actions drop-down, the Edit Branch pop-up window will appear:

From the Edit Branch pop-up window you will be able to adjust the following details:
The branch name (e.g., Southside Branch, Miami Office, etc.)
The branch external ID. This ID is an optional field used for reference purposes. It can be linked to a connector ID or a specific ID from a legacy system, allowing you to easily reference it in MobiWork reports.
The branch's main phone number.
The branch's main email address.
And the branch address. To add the address, click the Pencil icon. This will open the Edit Branch Address window, where you can enter the address details.
The information entered in these fields will appear on the branch's respective invoices, quotes, and other related documents.
Once you finish inputting all the information into the corresponding fields, then click the Save button to confirm the changes.
