From the web, crews can be dispatched to work orders, managed as assignments change, and viewed through Schedule and Work Order pages.

Note: Although Crews and Groups both allow you to organize users, they serve different purposes. Crews are designed for users who work together in the field and can be dispatched to work orders as a team. A crew can include users and assigned assets, with a designated crew leader and supervisor to help manage field operations. Groups, on the other hand, are primarily intended for communication and collaboration.
