The Manual Recurrent Service type is ideal for recurring work orders that are performed on a customer-designated schedule and functions similarly to a reusable work order template. This allows users to quickly generate consistent work orders while maintaining flexibility for services that do not follow a fixed automated schedule.
MobiWork is introducing a new recurrent service type. The manual recurrent service type will ensure that work orders are not generated automatically:
Instead, the user must select the "Generate Work Order" action from the Edit Recurrent Service pop-up window to create the work order.
The Recurrent Service then stores the details of the service contract; this includes the the pickup/drop-off location, work order parts, pricing, and work order type.
You will then be able to generate the work order from the "Work Order" tab of the recurrent service.
