Overview

This section will highlight how to export and import your payments in MobiWork.

How to Access the Page

You will be able to import or export your payments from the Payment feature page. To import or export your payments, simply click on the More Actions button and select the desired action from the drop-down:

Import Payment

You can import multiple payments from your Excel document. Please note that to import the payments correctly, the Excel document must be formatted in the correct manner (please see the image below for the correct headings and order):

Please note that:

  • Headers marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

  • Headers marked with two asterisks (**) are conditional and are required if specific criteria are met.

Once you have entered the payments in the Excel document correctly, you can upload that document to MobiWork:

  1. Upload your Excel file to the drag & drop feature and then click on the Import button:

  2. You will then be redirected to the Confirm Import page. Confirm your imported Excel file by hitting the Submit button:

  3. Once you are redirected to the Import Payment Results page, click the Done button:

The newly uploaded Excel payments will then be displayed in the Payment feature page.

Note: Please note that in the Excel document, a double asterisk (**) indicates a conditional field, while a single asterisk (*) denotes a required field.

Export Payment

You can also edit payments in bulk through Excel:

  • Please note that if you would like to export all your payments into Excel you can click on the topmost checkbox (Multiple Selection Area) located in the "Successful Payments" or "Failed Payments" column. Likewise, if you do not select any entries ALL records will be exported:

  • Click on the More Actions button and from the drop-down menu select the "Export to Excel" option:

  • The Excel file will automatically download, and you will be able to locate it in your computer's Download folder.

  • This Excel file will display the payment ID, invoice ID, user name, etc. in an easy-to-read format. You can then use Excel file to easily navigate through your company's payments:
