This section will go over some commonly asked questions regarding quotes and work orders.
In MobiWork, you can transfer images from your quotes to your work orders. To do this, first download the image from the "Documents" tab in the View Quote pop-up window.
Once downloaded, navigate to the "Documents" tab in the View Work Order pop-up window and upload the image. For detailed instructions on accessing these tabs, please refer to the View Work Order page or the View Quote page.
When a quote is created from a corresponding work order, you will be able to access the quote's "Work In Progress" tab.
This tab is located in the View Quote pop-up window and will display the parts that are being utilized for the work order, the quantity that has already been consumed, planned costs, overall quantity reserved for the work order, and more:

As users complete the Work Order Action Items and consume parts or perform services, the "Work In Progress" tab is automatically updated.
If a work order is completed before all quoted parts and services have been used, you can quickly generate a new work order to complete the remaining work. Work orders can be created directly from the work order by clicking on the Indidivual Actions and selecting the "Create Work Order" action from the drop-down:

These work orders can incorporate the remaining parts and services from the original work order's quote to the new work order. You can choose one of the following options:
Add Quote Items to Work Order Parts & Services- Adds all parts and services from the quote to the new work order.
Add Remaining Quote Items to Work Order Parts & Services- Adds only the quoted parts and services that have not yet been completed or consumed.
Do Not Add Quote Items to Work Order Parts & Services - Creates the work order without transferring any quoted items.
You can also choose whether to associate the quote with the new work order's invoice, ensuring that invoicing remains linked to the original quote when appropriate.
This workflow makes it easy to complete multi-phase projects, track progress against the original quote, and ensure that all quoted work is completed without duplicating parts or services.
