Customer Account
Overview

This section will highlight how to successfully navigate to the Account page through the Customer Portal. The Account page will allow your customers to view their customer portal account details and change their customer portal password.

How to Access the Page

You can access the Account page by clicking on the "Account" drop-down from the Account feature in the customer portal menu:

Account Page

On the Account page, the customer will be able to view their customer portal account details:

These details include:

  • Their name

  • Their phone number

  • Their alternate phone number

  • Their Employee ID

  • The name of their company

  • The date that their customer

  • Their email address

  • Their fax number

  • And their individual access PIN (customer portal password)



Account Password

To update the customer's password, the customer should click on the Change PIN button. They will then be redirected to the Customer Portal: Edit Account Info page:

On this page, the customer should enter the new PIN number and then once satisfied, click the Save button.
