Sales Orders Overview
Overview

Parts are items that are marketed or sold as a commodity, while services are user-specific jobs, actions, or consultations that are offered to your customers. When a customer purchases a part or service from your company, through the Sales Order feature, it will generate a sales order that will require payment, inventory fulfillment, etc. These sales orders are then recorded into the MobiWork web application for you to view, manage, edit, etc. as needed.

You can also return specific items from a sales order if the item is damaged or if that the customer no longer requires the item.
