There are different ways that you can export or import your sales orders, in addition to the different files that you can import/export them to. This section will highlight how to import and export your sales orders into the desired format.

You will be able to access the import and export features from the Sales Orders feature page. For more information on how to access this page, please see the Sales Orders List section.
There are several different formats that you can export your sales orders to and different ways you can access the import/export features. Please see the subsections below for more information on how to accomplish these actions.
Export into PDF
There are three different ways you can export your sales order into a PDF document:
To export your sales order into a PDF document, you will first need to open the View Sales Order pop-up window. Once you are in this pop-up window, click on the Individual Actions button and from the drop-down select the "Export to PDF" option:
Please note that there are many ways that you can access the View Sales Order pop-up window. Please see the View Sales Order page for the different ways that you can open the View Sales Order pop-up window.
You can also right-click the selected sales order and select the "Export to PDF" option
With the Individual Actions you can also select the "Export to PDF" option from the drop-down menu
Import or Export to Excel
You can import or export your sales order into an Excel document. You can access both the import and export features from the More Actions button on the Sales Orders feature page.
Once you are on the Parts feature page, click on the More Actions button, and from the drop-down select your desired option:
Export the selected sales orders to Excel
Import the sales order to Excel
QuickBooks
With QuickBooks, you can export your selected sales orders data in order to generate a QuickBooks receipt. To create a QuickBooks receipt, you will first need to be on the Sales Order "List" tab. Please see the Sales Order List section for more information on how to access this page.
Once you are on this page, click on the More Actions button and from the drop-down menu select the "Create Sales Receipts in QuickBooks" option:
To export a sales order into a PDF file, you will need to first access the View Sales Order pop-up window. Regardless of the method that you choose:
By clicking on the Individual Actions button, and from the drop-down selecting the "Export to PDF" option:
By right-clicking on the Sales Orders "List" tab and selecting the "Export to PDF" option from the drop-down:
By clicking on the Individual Actions button and selecting the "Export to PDF" option from the drop-down:
You will be able to download a PDF copy of the sales order. The sales order will then automatically be downloaded as a PDF to your computer. To see the layout of your sales order PDF, please see the View a Sales Order or Packing Slip in PDF page for more information.
You can import sales orders from your Excel document. Please note that to import the sale orders correctly, the Excel document must be formatted in the correct manner (please see the image below for the correct headings and order).
You can use this method to upload multiple sales orders at once.
Once you have entered the sales orders in the Excel document correctly, you can upload that document to MobiWork:
First, access the Sales Order "List" tab. Please see the Sales Order List section for more information on how to access this page.
When you are on the Sales Orders "List" tab, select the More Actions button and from the drop-down click on the "Import From Excel" option:
Upload your Excel file to the drag & drop feature and then click on the Import button:
You will then be redirected to the Confirm Import page. Confirm your imported Excel file by hitting the Submit button:
Once you are redirected to the Import Sales Order Results page, click the Done button:
The newly uploaded sales orders from Excel will then be displayed in MobiWork with your other sales orders.
To export this file from the Sales Orders "List" tab:
- Select the sales order that you would like to export to Excel:
Please note that if you would like to export all your sales orders into Excel you can click on the topmost checkbox (Multiple Selection Area) located in the Sales Orders "List" tab:
Click on the More Actions button and from the drop-down menu select the "Export to Excel" option:
The Excel file will automatically download, and you will be able to locate it in your computer's Download folder.
This export will display the basic sales order data (e.g., sales order ID, customer name and ID, user name, sales order type, etc.) in an easy-to-read format. You can then use Excel to easily navigate through your company's sales orders:
You can generate a sales receipt for your selected sales orders, in order to track and maintain your sales order records:
