View Sales Order on the Device
Overview

By pressing on a desired sales order in the MobiWork App, you will be able to view additional details regarding the sales order as well as access features, like adding parts and services to the sales order, printing the sales order, and more.

This section will highlight how to view a sales order in the MobiWork App and the features that you can access from the View Sales Order feature page.

How to Access the Feature

You can access a specified sales order by simply pressing on the desired sales order:

View Open Sales Order Layout

Once you select the desired sales order you will be redirected to the View Sales Order page. From this page you will be able to view information pertaining to the sales order, as well as, access the Action Panel features. Please note that the layout for an open sales order is different from a checked out sales order; the example below highlights an open sales order:

  1. The Actions Panel button will allow you to access additional features regarding your sales order (i.e., being able to edit the sales order).

  2. The "Information Panel" section will display data regarding the sales order, including the status of the sales order, the date, and the customer that the sales order is for.

  3. The "Sales Order Summary" which will display the sales items, the quantity, and the price of the listed service or product; as well as the subtotal of all the listed products and services, the added tax, any discounts/markups and the total amount due.

  4. The Add Part button will allow you to add a new item to the sales order.

  5. The Add Service button will allow you to add a new service to the sales order.

  6. The More... button which will allow you to add a discount/markup, add a signature, edit the sales order, and more.

  7. The Check Out button will allow you to check out the sales order.

View Checked Out Sales Order Layout

Once you select the desired sales order you will be redirected to the View Sales Order page. From this page you will be able to view information pertaining to the sales order, as well as, access the Action Panel features. Please note that the layout for an open sales order is different from a checked out sales order; the example below highlights a checked out sales order:

  1. The Actions Panel button will allow you to access additional features regarding your sales order (e.g., being able to edit the sales order, viewing a PDF of the sales order, emailing the sales order, and more).

  2. The "Information Panel" section will display data regarding the sales order, including the status of the sales order, the date, and the customer that the sales order is for.

  3. The "Sales Order Summary" which will display the sales items, the quantity, and the price of the listed service or product; as well as the subtotal of all the listed products and services, the added tax, any discounts/markups and the total amount due.

  4. The More button will allow you view the sales order as a PDF, add a payment, print the sales order, or email the sales order

  5. The PDF button which will allow you to view your sales order as a PDF

  6. And the Back button which will redirect you back to the Sales Order page.

Actions Panel

By clicking on the Actions Panel button, you will be able to access additional actions regarding your sales order:

These additional sales order functions can be seen below. Please note that some actions are available in open sales orders while others are only available in checked out sales orders:

  1. Edit- Allows you to edit the comments of the sales order

  2. PDF- Allows you to export the sales order into a PDF document.

  3. Print- Allows you to print the sales order from your mobile device.

  4. Email- Allows you to email the sales order to a recipient.

Edit

PDF

By selecting the PDF feature, you will be able to view your sales order as PDF document:


Print

By selecting the Print feature, you will be able to print your sales order.


Email

Information Panel

The "Information Panel" will display the sales order's data, including the status, creation date, and customer name.

The data listed in the "Information Panel" section are further defined below:

Name:Description:
"Status" Displays the status of the sales order
"Date" The date that the sales order was created on
"Customer" Displays the customer's name that the sales order is associated with
Sales Order Summary

The "Sales Order Summary" will display the quantity, price, product/service details of the quote:

The columns for the "Sales Order Summary" section are defined below:

Name:Description:
"Item" The item or service being listed on the sales order
"Qty" The specified quantity of a line item, representing the amount of goods or the number of service hours listed on a sales order.
"Price" The designated price of the item or service. The tax amount is then displayed as well as the total amount (which is the total price plus tax).
