Projects List
Overview
The Project list page allows you to perform actions such as "search," "view," "edit," and "add" to your projects.
How to Access the Page
It can be found by -
Free Text Search

Free Text Search is available to do a quick search by name and external ID.
"Show All" Saved Search
Show All shows all the available enabled projects.
"New Search" Search
New Search provides a very advanced search and it can be saved so that the same search can be executed at any time by anyone.

Click New Search to conduct a new search.

New Search contains -

Name:Description:
"Name" is the name of the project.
"Status" is the custom status of the project.
"Category" is the custom category of the project.
"Creation Date" is the creation date of the project.
"Enabled" if selected will only show the enabled projects.
"Sort By" sorts projects by created date, status, ID, and name in ascending or descending order.
"Save this Search" allows the search parameters to be saved under a name to be reused in the future.
"Search Available to all Users" allows the search to be available to all users.
"Default Saved Search" Sets the saved search as the default view when accessing the search feature in the future.

Custom searchable fields can also be shown within New Search.

Category and Status will show up in the search if defined in Projects Settings.
"More Actions"
More Actions include add Project, Export to Excel - Crew List, and Export to Excel - Resource Usage.

Name:Description:
"Add Project" adds a project to "Projects."
"Export to Excel - Crew List" exports the crew list by project, crew, leader, user, and asset to Excel.
"Export to Excel - Resource Usage" exports the resource usage by project, crew, asset, user, and start and end date to Excel.
"List" Tab
The List tab allows you to see the projects that match your selected search in a table format.

The List tab contains -

Name:Description:
"ID" is the ID of the project.
"Name" is the name of the project.
"Created Date" is the creation date of the project.
"Actions" include view, edit, delete, and disable.

Status will appear in the "List" tab if configured in the "Projects Settings".
"Map" Tab
The Map tab allows you to visualize where projects are happening in map view.

If an icon on the map is clicked then the physical address or geocode (latitude / longitude) of the project will be displayed.
"Crew List" Tab
The Crew List tab allows you to see the name of the project and the leader, users, and assets.

The Crew List tab contains -

Name:Description:
"Project" is the name of the project.
"Leader" is the leader of the project's crew or the general foreman.
"User" are the users within the project.
"Asset" are the assets within the project.
"Project Actions" include view, edit, and delete.
"Crew Actions" include edit and delete.
"Time Tracking" Tab
The Time Tracking tab allows you to see the name of the project along with the total time spent on it and the total time each crew member spent on it.

The Time Tracking tab contains -

Name:Description:
"Project" is the name of the project.
"Total" is the total time spent on a project and the total time each crew member spent on a project.
"Actions" include start/stop for the individual items and view action for the top level which will show the dialog with the details.
