The "Connectors" tab will allow you to view and add connectors to your MobiWork account. These connectors will allow you to interact with QuickBooks, Sage, etc. with your MobiWork account.
The "Connectors" tab will display which connectors are activated within your MobiWork account; from this page you can navigate to other tabs to view additional account settings:
Some features (e.g., Advanced Settings, Global Actions, etc.) can be found in all the Tabs. Below is a list of the main features that are located on the "Connectors" tab page:
The "Activated Connectors" column will display all the connectors that are active in your MobiWork account. From this column you can add more connectors, disable the connectors that are currently active, or view the connector information:
The following subsections will illustrate how to utilize the various actions found in the "Activated Connectors" column.
Add Connector
To add a new connector, click on the Plus Sign button:
You will then be redirected to the Add Connector page. From this page, click on the Add Connector button to add the selected connector to your MobiWork account:
View Connector
To view additional details regarding the connector, you can click on the Paper icon or select the "View" option from the Individual Actions drop-down:
You will then be redirected to the selected connector's Settings page:
Disable Connector
You will be able to disable any active connectors by selecting the "Disable" option from the Individual Actions button:
By disabling the connector, you will no longer be able to utilize its function until you activate it again.
Remove Connector
You can also completely remove an active connector by selecting the "Remove" option from the Individual Actions button:
This will completely remove the connector from your MobiWork account; if you would like to make it active again, you will need to add the connector again.
View Connector Logs
To view the historical logs of users using the connector, you can select the "View Logs" option from the Individual Actions button:
You will then be brought to the Connectors Logs page, where you will be able to view the data logs.
The Advanced Settings will allow you to Contact Us for further information regarding subscription plans, configurations, and requirements.
