View Prospect
Overview

The "Prospects" view page allows you to view, edit, and add all information for the selected prospect.
How to Access the Page
It can be found by -
  • Going to the "Management" -> "Prospects" main menu entry and then clicking on a prospect

  • Clicking on the link to the prospect throughout MobiWork if there is permission to take action on it
"More Actions"
"More Actions" include edit prospect, delete prospect, convert to customer, and settings.

Name:Description:
"Edit Prospect" edits the prospect.
"Delete Prospect" deletes the prospect.
"Convert to Customer" converts the prospect to a customer.
"Settings" views the Prospect settings.
"Summary" Tab
The "Summary" tab includes information about the prospect including the creation date, name, primary contact, primary location, user assigned to, expected close date, percentage, reminders, and notes.

Prospect details within the Summary tab contain -

Name:Description:
"Creation Date" is the creation date of the prospect.
"Name" is the name of the prospect.
"Primary Contact" is the primary contact of the prospect.
"Edit" edits the primary contact of the prospect.
"Primary Location" is the primary physical address of the prospect.
"Add" adds a primary location to the prospect.
"Assigned To" is the user the prospect is assigned to.
"Expected Close Date" is the expected date the prospect will become a customer.
"Percentage" is the likelihood the prospect will become a customer.


You can set up reminders such as a prospect needs to be called in a certain amount of days, the prospect needs to be sent a contract, etc.

"Reminders" within the Summary tab contain -

Name:Description:
"Description" is the description of the reminder.
"Assigned To" is the user assigned to the reminder.
"Expiration Date" is the expiration date and time of the reminder.
"Actions" include edit and delete.
"Add Reminder" adds a reminder to this prospect.


"Notes" within the Summary tab contain -

Name:Description:
"Description" is the description of the note.
"Date" is the date and time the note was added.
"User" is the user who added the note.
"Actions" include edit and delete.
"Add Note" adds a note to this prospect.
"Contacts" Tab
The "Contacts" tab lists contact information about the prospect including the title, name, phone, and email.

The "Contacts" tab contains -

Name:Description:
"Title" is the title of the contact (for example: Store Manager).
"Name" is the name of the contact of the prospect.
"Phone" is the phone number of the prospect.
"Email" is the email address of the prospect.
"Actions" include view, edit, and delete.
"Add" adds a contact to the prospect.
"Locations" Tab
The "Locations" tab lists location information about the prospect including the location name and address.

The "Locations" tab contains -

Name:Description:
"Location Name" is the location name of the prospect.
"Address" is the address of the prospect.
"Actions" include view, edit, and delete.
"Add" adds a location to the prospect.
"Documents" Tab
The "Documents" tab lists documentation information about the prospect including the user, date, type, and name.

The "Documents" tab contains -

Name:Description:
"User" is the user who added the document.
"Date" is the date and time the document was added.
"Type" is the type of document that was added.
"Name" is the name of the document that was added.
"Comment" is any comment associated with the document.
"Actions" include view, edit, download, and delete.
"Add Document" adds a document to the prospect.
"Refresh" refreshes the contents within the documents tab to ensure the latest information is listed.
"History" Tab
The "History" tab lists historical information about the prospect including the activity type, date, status, description, and user.

The "History" tab contains -

Name:Description:
"Show Entries" shows the entries selected on the page.
"Date" is the date of the prospect's activities.
"Activity Type" is the type of the prospect's activities.
"Status" is the custom status defined by the user. This shows the status when the change was made.
"Description" is the description of the prospect's activities.
"User" is the user who performed the prospect's activities.
