While in the field, you can update any comments associated with the sales order through your mobile app.
This section will further highlight how to access and utilize the edit function for your sales orders.
To edit a sales order, you will first need to access the Sales Order page. For more information on how to access this page, please see the Mobile Sales Order Layout page.
Please note that when the sales order's status is "Checked Out" you can only access the "Edit" option from the Actions Panel button. However, if the sales order's status is "Open" you can access the "Edit" option through both methods shown below:

The "Edit" option will allow you to edit any comments associated with the sales order. There are two different ways you can edit a sales order from the Sales Order page:
If the sales order has the "Open" status, you can access the "Edit" option from the More... button:
Or you can access the "Edit" option from the Actions Panel button if the sales order has the "Checked Out" or "Open" status:
Regardless of the option you choose, you will be able to access the Edit Sales Order page:
Once you are on this page, you will be able to edit the sales order's comment and when you are satisfied with the updated comment, press the Save button to confirm the changes.
If you would like to edit or remove a specific sales order item from the Sales Order page, you can do so by simply pressing on the desired item. Please note that the status of the sales order has to be "Open" in order for you to edit or remove the select sales order item:
Edit Sales Order Item
By selecting the "Edit" option from the pop-up that appears, you will be redirected to the item page of the selected product:
On this page, you can update the price, quantity, discount, and description of the selected product:
Once you are satisfied with the updated information, press the Save button.
Remove Sales Order Item
By selecting the "Delete" option from the pop-up that appears, the product or service selected will automatically be removed from the sales order:
