This section will highlight how to successfully navigate to the Quotes page through the Customer Portal. The Quotes page will allow your customers to view their quotes.
Your customer can access the Quotes page by clicking on the Quotes feature from the customer portal menu:
The Quotes page will immediately display all the quotes for the customer:
The Search function and Magnifying Glass will allow the customer to search through past quotes
The Quotes Columns are structured to display specific data related to each individual quote
The customer can use the search bar to locate a specific quote:
By entering the quote number and pressing Enter (Windows Keyboard), Return (Mac Keyboard), or clicking the Magnifying Glass, the customer will be able to locate the specified quote.

These columns are organized as: "Quote Number," "Quote Date," "Due Date," "Status," "Total," "Balance," and "Actions." The columns from the Quotes page are further defined below:
Name: | Description: |

"Quote Number" | The Quote ID number |
"Quote Date" | The date the quote was created |
"Due Date" | The due date of the quote |
"Status" | The status of the quote |
"Total" | The total charged to the customer |
"Balance" | The balance remaining on the quote |
"Actions" | Allows the customer to access the View Quote pop-up window |
