Within MobiWork, you will be able to import and export your User Device Lists; thus, you will be better able to view, edit, and manage your user-associated devices.
You will be able to import or export the User Device List from the Devices feature page. For more information on how to access this page, please see the Devices List page.
Once you are on the Devices feature page, click on the More Actions button, and from the drop-down select your desired option:
Import User Device List
Export User Device List
Export all Users Device List
You can import the user device list from your Excel document. Please note that in order to import the data correctly, the Excel document must be formatted in the correct manner (please see the image below for the correct headings and order):
Once you have entered the data in the Excel document correctly, you can upload that document to MobiWork.
Select the More Actions button and from the drop-down click on the "Import User Device List" option:
Upload your Excel file to the drag & drop feature and then click on the Import button:
You will then be redirected to the Confirm Import page. Confirm your imported Excel file by hitting the Submit button:
Once you are redirected to the Import Users Device Results page, click the Done button:
The newly uploaded user devices from Excel will then be displayed in MobiWork with your other listed devices.
To export your devices into an Excel document, you will first need to access the Devices feature page. Once you click on the More Actions button, select either the "Export User Device List" or the "Export all Users Device List" option from the drop-down:
Select the devices that you would like to export to Excel:
Please note that if you would like to export all your devices into Excel you can click on the topmost checkbox (Multiple Selection Area):
Click on the More Actions button and from the drop-down menu select either the "Export User Device List" or the "Export all Users Device List" option:
The Excel file will automatically download, and you will be able to locate it in your computer's Download folder:
The "User Device List" and "All Users Device List" Excel files will have identical information; both files will have the User Group, the Make and Model of the mobile device, etc.
