View Stock Audit
Overview

The "Stock Audit" view page allows you to view all information for the selected stock audit.
How to Access the Page
It can be found by going to the "Management" -> "Products" -> "View Inventory Audit" main menu entry and then clicking on a stock audit ID.
"Summary" Tab
The "Summary" tab includes information about the stock audit including the name, type, quantity, audit quantity, notes, and reminders.

The "Summary" tab contains -

Name:Description:
"Name" is the name of the stock audit.
"Created By" is the user who created the stock audit.
"Created Date" is the creation date of the stock audit.
"Modified Date" is the last date the stock audit was modified.
"Reminders"
"Add Reminder"
"Notes" are notes added to the stock audit.
"Date" is the date the note was added.
"User" is the user who added the note.
"Actions" include edit.
"Add Note" adds a note to the stock audit.
"Refresh" refreshes the stock audit to ensure the latest information is displayed.
"Type"
"Name" is the name of the stock audit.
"Quantity"
"Audit Quantity"
"Comments"
"Documents" Tab
The "Documents" tab includes documentation information associated with the stock audit including the user, date, type, and name.

The "Documents" tab contains -

Name:Description:
"User" is the user who created the document.
"Date" is the date the document was created.
"Type" is the type of document created including image, PDF, Excel, audio, video, document, PowerPoint (pptx), PowerPoint (ppt), and other.
"Name" is the name of the document.
"Comment" is any comment associated with the document.
"Actions" include view, edit, download, and delete.
"Add Document" adds a document to the stock audit.
"Refresh" refreshes the documents tab to ensure the latest documents are viewable.
"Forms" Tab
The "Forms" tab includes form information associated with the stock audit including the name, user, created date, and geotags.

The "Forms" tab contains -

Name:Description:
"Name" is the name of the form.
"User" is the user who created the form.
"Created Date" is the creation date of the form.
"Geotags" are geographical locations of where the form was created.
"Actions"
"Refresh" refreshes the forms to ensure the latest ones are viewable.
"Export all Forms" exports all forms to PDF.
"History" Tab
The "History" tab includes historical information associated with the stock audit including date, description, and user.
