Using the edit warehouse feature, you can easily modify essential details such as the warehouse type, location, and more.
To edit a warehouse, you will first need to be on the Warehouse feature tab on MobiWork; for more information on how to access this page, please see the Warehouse List section.
Once you are on this page, there are three different ways you can edit the warehouse:
Clicking on the warehouse ID to open the View Warehouse pop-up window:
- In the upper right-corner of the View Warehouse pop-up window, you will see a Pencil icon and the Individual Actions button. Either option will allow you to edit the warehouse:
- Please note that there are many ways that you can access the View Warehouse pop-up window. Please see the View Warehouse page for the different ways that you can open the View Warehouse pop-up window.
Right-clicking on a warehouse to open the right-click options. (The options that are displayed when you right-click on a warehouse are also available when you select the Individual Actions button.)
Clicking on the Individual Actions button (the three vertical dots) from the "Actions" column. (The options that are displayed from the Individual Actions button are the same as when you right-click on a warehouse.)
Regardless of the method that you choose to edit a warehouse, the Edit Warehouse pop-up window will appear:
In the Edit Warehouse pop-up window, you can update:
The name of the warehouse.
The type of warehouse storage facility, such as a standard warehouse, truck, or shop.
The street address.
The city, country, and zip code where the warehouse resides.
Alternatively, you can use the "Address Lookup" field or the "Latitude/Longitude" fields to enter the warehouse's address.
You can also input the location's name.
Once you are satisfied with the information entered, click the Save button to save your new warehouse.
