Whether it is a single work order or multiple work orders, our intuitive interface empowers you to swiftly and effortlessly remove them. This section will guide you through the seamless process of deleting your work orders with unmatched simplicity.
Important: Once you delete a work order it will be permanently removed from the system.
There are several ways you can delete a work order within MobiWork. You can delete the work order through the Work Order "List" tab, going through the "Work Order" tab in the View Customers pop-up window, through the Customers feature, or through the "List" tab.
Work Order List Page
To delete your work order(s) you will first need to be on the "List" tab. Please see the Work Order List page, for more information on how to access this site.
Once, you are on the Work Order "List" tab, there are several different ways you can delete a work order:
Clicking on the work order ID to open the View Work Order pop-up window. Click the Individual Actions button and from the drop-down select the "Delete" option:
Please note that there are several ways that you can access the View Work Order pop-up window. Please see the View Work Order page for the different ways that you can open the View Work Order pop-up window.
Right-clicking on a work order to open the right-click options. (The options that are displayed when you right-click on a work order are also available when you select the Individual Actions button.)
Selecting the More Actions button from the "Global Actions" section. Please note that this option will give you the ability to delete multiple work orders at once.
Clicking on the Individual Actions button (the three vertical dots) from the "Actions" column. (The options that are displayed from the Individual Actions button are the same as when you right-click on a work order).
Customers
You can also delete work orders from the View Work Order pop-up window. To see how to access the View Customer pop-up window, please see the View Customer page.
Once you have accessed the View Work Order pop-up window, click on the "Work Orders" tab to view all the work orders associated with the customer:
You can delete a work order through the following actions:
Right-click on the desired work order and from the drop-down that appears, select the "Delete" option.
From the topmost Individual Actions drop-down, select the "Delete" option. Please be aware that selecting this option grants you the ability to delete multiple work orders at once.
By clicking on the Individual Actions button and from the drop-down that appears, select the "Delete" option.
Schedules
You can delete a work order from the Schedules "List" tab or any of the "List View" sections available on the "Calendar," "Timeline," "Overview," "Composite," and "Map" tabs. For detailed instructions on accessing these tabs, please refer to the Schedule List page.

You can delete a work order through the following actions:
Right-click on the desired work order and from the drop-down that appears, select the "Delete" option.
Selecting the More Actions button from the "Global Actions" section. Please note that this option will give you the ability to delete multiple work orders at once.
Click the Individual Actions of the desired work order and from the drop-down select the "Delete" option.
The How to Access the Page section will highlight how to access the delete function for an individual work order. Regardless of how you choose to delete a work order, a warning pop-up will appear asking to confirm if you would like to delete this work order, and informing you that the deletion of the work order is permanent:
MobiWork allows you to delete multiple work orders at once, thus saving you time and energy from having to delete work orders one at a time.
To delete multiple work orders, you will need to access the More Actions button from the Work Orders "List" tab:
Check off the desired work orders you would like to delete; if you would like to delete all your work orders you can click on the topmost checkbox (Multiple Selection Area) located in the Work Orders "List" tab column:
Click on the More Actions button and from the drop-down select the "Delete" option:
A warning will then appear asking to confirm if you would like to delete the selected work orders, and informing you that the deletion of the work orders will be permanent:
Enter the specified number and then click the Yes button to confirm deletion. Once confirmed, the work orders will automatically be deleted from MobiWork.
You can also delete multiple work orders from the View Customer pop-up window or through the Schedule feature. The How to Access the Page will highlight how to access the delete function from these features.
