The Customers feature will allow you to access your customers' data while out on the field or working on a remote job. From this feature, you will be able to view your customer's data, search for customers, add work orders, add sales orders, and more.
This section will highlight how to access the Customers feature and the main attributes that are associated with this feature.
You can access the Customers feature through the Menu Panel; to access the Menu Panel, click the button in the top left corner:
From the Menu Panel, locate the Customers button and then press it:
Once you access the Customers feature from the mobile application, you will be redirected to the main Customers feature page:
The Actions Panel which will allow you to access the additional functions (e.g., refresh the customer list, add a new customer, search for customers, and locate nearby customers).
The Barcode button will allow you to search for a customer through the RFID code.
The Search Bar and Magnifying Glass button will allow you to input specific search criteria to locate a specified customer.
The Advanced Search Filter icon will allow you to conduct an advanced search for a specified customer.
The customer will be listed here; by pressing on the desired customer, you will be able to access the View Customer page.
The Add button will allow you to add a new customer.
By pressing on the Actions Panel, you will be able to access additional customer functions:

The Refresh button will allow you to refresh the list of customers.
The Add button will allow you to add a new customer.
The Advanced Search Filter button will allow you to search through your work orders for a specific customer.
The Nearby button will allow you to search for customers that are located near your current location.
