While out in the field on your mobile device, you can edit your quotes and even edit the "Quote Details" form associated with your quotes.
This section will further highlight how to access and utilize the edit function for your quotes.
To edit a quote, you will first need to access the Quote page. For more information on how to access this page, please see the Mobile Quote Layout page.
Once you are on this page, select either:
The Actions Panel button
The More... button
Note: Please note that if the quote is still open you can access both edit functions, however, if the quote's status has been checked out, you can only access the edit function from the Actions Panel.
The "Edit" option will allow you to edit the status of the quote, the date of the quote and more. You can access the edit feature through the following methods:

Or you can access the "Edit" option from the Actions Panel button:
Regardless of the option you choose, you will be able to access the Edit Quote page:
Once you are on the Edit Quote page, you will be able to edit the following quote data:
The customer associated with the quote
The customer's address or location
The description of the quote
The status of the quote (i.e., Open, Waiting for Clarification, Waiting for Approval, Approved, Rejected)
The expiration date of the quote
And if the quote requires a deposit; if a deposit is required the deposit amount (either in numerical form or percentage)
Once you are satisfied with the updated data, press the Edit button to confirm the changes.
To access the "Edit Quote" form, press Pencil button from the Quote page. You will then be redirected to the Quote Details page:
On this page you can enter the details and add an image:
To add an image, press the Plus Sign button. To view, edit, or delete the image, press the Individual Actions button (the three dots next to the image).
Once you are satisfied with the details and image, press the Save button.
If you would like to edit or remove a specific sales order item from the Quote page, you can do so by simply pressing on the desired item. Please note that the status of the quote has to be "Open" in order for you to edit or remove the select quote item:
Edit Sales Order Item
By selecting the "Edit" option from the pop-up that appears, you will be redirected to the item page of the selected product:
On this page, you can update the price, quantity, discount, and description of the selected product:
Once you are satisfied with the updated information, press the Save button.
Remove Quote Item
By selecting the "Delete" option from the pop-up that appears, the product or service selected will automatically be removed from the quote:
