Start Time Tracking
Overview

You can easily start time tracking from your mobile device. This section will highlight how to navigate to this feature and also how to start time tracking for a single user or for multiple users.

How to Access the Feature

There are several different ways you can start time tracking through your mobile device. The following sections will highlight how to access the start time tracking feature for both a single user and multiple users.


Start Time Tracking (Single User)

To access the start time tracking for a single user, you will need to access the Time Tracking feature for the single user. For more information on how to access this page, please see the Time Tracking Device Layout page.

Once you are on this page, press the Start button to begin the time tracking:


Start Time Tracking (Multiple Users)

To access the start time tracking for multiple users, you will need to access the Time Tracking feature for multiple users. For more information on how to access this page, please see the Time Tracking Device Layout page.

Once you are on this page, press the Start button to begin the time tracking:


Work Orders Actions Panel

You can also use the "Start Time Tracking" from the Work Order's Actions Panel to start the time tracking for an individual user. For more information on how to access this page, please see the Complete a Work Order page:

Start Time Tracking (Single User)

Once you press the Start button from the Time Tracking feature for a single user, you will be redirected to the Start Time Tracking page:

On this page, input the:

  • Type of work order that will be performed

  • The start date and time

  • And any notes associated with the time tracking

Once you are satisfied with the data entered, press the Start button to begin the time tracking.

Start Time Tracking (Multiple Users)

Once you press the Start button from the Time Tracking feature for multiple users, you will be redirected to the Start Time Tracking page:

On this page, input the:

  • Type of work order that will be performed

  • The start date and time

  • The users that will be associated with the time tracking

  • And any notes associated with the time tracking

Once you are satisfied with the data entered, press the Start button to begin the time tracking.

Work Order Start Time Tracking

Once you press on the "Start Time Tracking" option from the Work Order's Actions Panel, the time tracking will automatically start recording your time:
