Overview

With MobiWork's "Inventory" tab, you can easily manage and track parts and products across multiple warehouses and users. Any items ordered through a purchase order will automatically be displayed, thus providing real-time updates and insights into your stock levels. You can also transfer stock between locations and users; as well as adjust warehouse stock thresholds. MobiWork makes inventory and stock management easier than ever.

How to Access the Page

To view a selected parts or products inventory, you will first need to access the "Inventory" tab from the View Part pop-up window.

Inventory Tab

The "Inventory" tab allows you to manage and track parts stored across various warehouses and users. You can also identify where parts or products are stocked, the quantity in each location, and any stock currently on backorder.

Before you can access the action options on the "Inventory" tab, you must first add a warehouse or user to this tab:

You can edit inventory, transfer stock to another warehouse or user, and adjust warehouse stock thresholds directly from this tab.

The "Quantity in PO" subsection will automatically populate once a purchase order is created for the part or product.
