Adjusting Recurrent Services

This section will go over some commonly asked questions regarding adjusting your recurrent services.

Changing the Recurrent Service Date and Future Instances

When making changes to a visit within a recurrent service, the modification will only affect the specific visit being adjusted. Future visits will proceed as originally scheduled.

Impact of Recurrent Service Changes on Upcoming Work Orders

Work orders with the "On Site" or "Completed" custom status that are scheduled for the future will NOT be deleted. However, if a change is made to a recurrent service or recurrent route and published, any work orders that do not have the specified custom status or are not scheduled for the future will be deleted.
