This section will go over some commonly asked questions regarding editing work orders.
Once the work order has been created, you cannot update the assigned customer or work order type
In such cases, you will need to create a new work order with the correct parameters.
You can reassign a work order's user through various methods. For more information on how to reassign a work order, please see the Dispatch Reassignment page.
Mobile users can view their past completed work orders, but they will be unable to to edit them.
