Connectors
Overview

This section will go over some commonly asked questions regarding future MobiWork connectors.

Future Accounting Connectors

Our current accounting connectors include the following softwares:

  • QuickBooks Online

  • QuickBooks Desktop

  • Sage Intacct

  • Sage One

  • Acumatica

  • NetSuite

  • Sage 300

At this time, we do not integrate with Xero, but we plan to incorporate it in the future. We are customer-driven, so when a customer requests a specific connector, we begin working towards integration.

Syncing Data to Your Accounting Connector

You can choose which entities (e.g., invoices, customers, etc.) to sync with your designated accounting software or connector by selecting "Mark this record as 'Able to Sync'" from the Individual Actions button or by right-clicking the selected entity.

If you prefer not to sync a customer or invoice to your chosen connector, you can choose "Mark this record as 'Do Not Sync'" from the same Individual Actions button or by right-clicking the entity.

These sync preferences will remain on the entity until manually changed or removed.
