When a user has time off, MobiWork can block off the designated period so no new work orders, appointments, trainings, etc. can be added during the time-off duration.
MobiWork users can enter their time off from both the web interface and through their mobile devices. MobiWork can then block out the time off duration from the calendar view.
When the time off duration is blocked off, you will not be able to schedule work orders during the designated period. These time off entries can be viewed on the "Calendar" tab of the Schedule feature.
For more information on how to view or access time off entries from the Schedule feature, please see the Schedule List page.
For more information on how to add time off from your web user interface, please see the View User page.
For more information on how to add time off from your mobile device, please see the Schedule View on the Device page.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please let us know. We'd be happy to help!
