This section will go over some commonly asked questions regarding the work orders and time tracking features.
If a user starts tracking their time using the time tracking feature and then begins a work order's action items, the system will automatically start a new time entry for the work order.
A crew consists of multiple users who can be dispatched to assigned work orders or projects. Crew leaders are users who are in charge of their fellow users.
MobiWork allows crew leaders to manage their crew member's time tracking directly or with the work order's action items.
In order for the crew time tracking feature to be utilize for work orders, you will first need to ensure that you have crews set up within your system. Once the makeup of your crews are finalized, you will be able to use them for dispatching and by extension crew time tracking:

Note: Please note that if you created the crew while the crew leader is still logged onto the device, the crew leader will need to log out and then back in so that the system can refresh.
The Crew Time Tracking page will then appear as crew leader completes the action items. On this page, the crew leader will be able to manage the time tracking details for the rest of their crew:

On the Crew Time Tracking page, you will notice the following details:
Type- The time tracking activity type that is being tracked. This type will remain consistent with the respective action item.
Users- The crew leader can select all users or only specific members. Selecting the first checkbox will automatically select every user in the crew list. If you would like to add additional users for the crew, the Plus Sign button can be configured to support this functionality.
Note- In the "Note" section, the crew leader will be able to enter additional details regarding the crew's time tracking.
Once all the details are added, the crew leader should press on the Start button to begin the crew time tracking.
