MobiWork's opt-in and opt-out features can be used alongside messaging connectors such as Twilio.
These tools allow you to include the appropriate opt-in and opt-out links directly within your organization's privacy policy or related documentation. This section will go over some commonly asked questions regarding the opt-in and opt-out features.
You can access the opt-in and opt-out links from the "Notifications" tab on your MobiWork's Settings page:

These links can be shared directly with your customers so they can complete the opt-in or opt-out process themselves. As depicted in the following subsections, there are separate pages sfor opting out of text messages and emails.
The Opt-In page will allow your customer to enter either their phone number or their email address to receive your company's messages:

Regardless of the option selected you will also need to click on the corresponding checkbox to acknowledge the terms and conditions. Once all the necessary fields are completed, the customer should click on the Submit button to confirm their information.
The Opt-Out: SMS page allows customers to enter their email address so that they can decline receiving your company's messages:
