This section will highlight some commonly asked questions regarding asset reports in MobiWork.
If you would like to export an asset report with customers, you can do so by clicking on the More Actions button on the Assets feature page. From the drop-down that appears select either the "Export to Excel," "Assets Report," "Asset Leasing And Rental Report" options.
Please see the Import and Export Assets page for more information on how to export asset reports.
To print your asset report, click the File button in the menu bar and select the "Print" option from the drop-down menu:

MobiWork provides the following status values for equipment and assets, allowing you to track both administrative and operational conditions:
Administrative Status
Indicates whether the asset is currently allowed to be used within the system.
Enabled- The equipment or asset is active and available for assignment or scheduling.
Disabled- The equipment or asset is not available for use.
Operational Status
Reflects the actual working condition of the equipment or asset in the field. These values help service managers, technicians, and operations teams make informed decisions about deployment, maintenance, and replacement.
Operational- The equipment is functioning as expected and is fully available for use.
Operational- Needs Repair- The asset is still functioning but has known issues or wear that require attention soon. It may still be deployed but should be prioritized for maintenance.
Out of Service- The asset is not in working condition and should not be used until repaired or replaced.
Demobbed- The equipment has been removed from active use, often temporarily, due to project changes, logistics, or seasonal downtime.
Decommissioned- The asset has been permanently retired from use. It is no longer being tracked for active deployment or maintenance.
The above Operational Status values are available by default in the turnkey/template solution, but they can be customized based on your organization's specific asset lifecycle and terminology.
Note: You can configure these statuses under the Asset Settings in the MobiWork platform to align with your internal maintenance processes and reporting needs.
