This section will go over some commonly asked questions regarding uploading documents into MobiWork.
Currently, it is not possible to copy form data, such as pictures from work order forms, to the "Documents" tab.
When uploading a document through a feature's "Documents" tab, the maximum file size for each individual document is 50MB.
When sending emails in MobiWork, the file size limit is 10 MB.
You can set up work order email notifications for your users and groups through MobiRules. Please contact us for more information.
You can configure a separate email address for different features within your MobiWork account. For example, if you would like replies to quotes to be directed to a specific email address rather than the default one. Please contact us for more information about this setup.
