MobiWork's parts and services now provide a sales description that offers more versatility and accessibility for customer-facing invoices, quotes, and more. In contrast to the technical or detailed internal description, the sales description field provides a customer-friendly description of the part or service.
You can complete the "Sales Description" field when adding a new part or service, or when editing an existing part or service:

Please note that by filling in the "Sales Description" field, the sales description will override the technical description on invoices or line items. If there is no sales description, then the regular description will be used instead. The sales description can also be viewed from both the web and the device.
