Recurrent Service contracted dates help you manage recurring work orders that run within a defined time frame; such as seasonal or time-based jobs. This section will go over some commonly asked questions regarding recurrent services and their respective contracted start and end dates.
Recurrent Service contracted dates are ideal for reoccuring work orders that are contracted for a specific time frame; for example, reocuring pool cleaning jobs set during the summer or snow shoveling jobs scheduled during the winter months. Thus, allowing you to pause scheduling reoccurring work orders within that time frame.
When adding a new recurrent service or editing an existing one, you will be able to input the start and end dates for the recurrent service duration. The example below shows the contracted dates when editing an existing recurrent service:

Once the recurrent service contracted dates are added, you will be able to locate the set dates in the "Summary" panel of the View Recurrent Service pop-up window:

In the Recurrent Service's Saved Search pop-up window, you can search for recurrent services based on the contract start and end dates:
