This section will address frequently asked questions about customer data in MobiWork and QuickBooks Desktop.

Prevent Deleted Customers From Reimporting

When a customer is deleted from MobiWork and a sync is initiated from QuickBooks, the deleted customer will be reimported into MobiWork.

To avoid the reimporting of deleted customers into MobiWork after syncing from QuickBooks, we suggest disabling the customer instead of deleting them.
