Accessing Support Tickets From the Device
Support tickets are currently accessible only through the MobiWork web interface and cannot be accessed via the MobiWork app on your device.
Accessing Reminders From the Device
Reminders can be accessed from the device app, under the customer profile or notifications entity which can be found as an option under the main menu. For more information about the customers profile on the device app, please see the View Customer on Device page.
